The Soldiers' Insurance Fund Has Compensated 1,527 Families as of February 10

According to the procedures of the Soldiers' Insurance Fund, the process of compensation begins from the moment the lists of allowances are published, which requires lengthy work. This was announced by the Soldiers' Insurance Fund.

“We assure you that all relatives of soldiers listed in the compensation lists will receive both one-time and monthly allowances as prescribed by law. The staff of the Fund is working tirelessly to carry out its mission. We receive numerous calls and letters daily requesting verification of the presence of fallen or disabled servicemen’s names in the transfer lists. We simply ask for your patience, assuring you that each application will receive the legally established compensation.

We respond with great love and readiness to each call and letter, but this process takes time from us to perform the main functions. We inform you that as of February 10, the Fund has compensated 1,527 families, 1,111 of which are due to the recent war's outcomes. Currently, 553 families are receiving temporary allowances through the Fund’s “Bridge” funding program. The list of allowances is updated weekly with new beneficiaries.

The war unleashed by the enemy on September 27, 2020, was tragic for the Armenian nation. Nevertheless, we are confident that we will move forward, overcoming all difficulties and challenges. One of the most critical challenges for the Armenian nation today is to ensure the financial stability of the families of fallen, disabled, or missing servicemen. The Soldiers' Insurance Fund was established precisely in response to this challenge. This is our mission,” stated the Fund's announcement.
