Military Exercises Continue in Kars: Testing of Turkish and Azerbaijani Armaments Planned

The Turkish-Azerbaijani military exercises "Winter 2021" are ongoing in the city of Kars, Turkey. The Turkish Ministry of Defense has shared additional videos on its Twitter page showcasing how tanks, artillery, and helicopters are being used to hit targets during the drills.

The exercises aim to develop coordination for joint offensive, aerial, and air assault operations with logistical support for the troops. It is noteworthy that tank units, artillery, helicopters, special forces, and snipers are participating in the exercises. Additionally, there is a plan for testing new weaponry of both the Turkish and Azerbaijani armies.

The "Winter 2021" exercises are scheduled to continue until February 12. Furthermore, representatives from the media will have the opportunity to observe the ongoing drills tomorrow.
