Explosion to Occur on Nabereshnaya Street in Stepanakert
An explosion is set to occur shortly on Nabereshnaya Street in Stepanakert. The rescue teams of the State Emergency Service have discovered unexploded ordnance in the area while conducting reconnaissance operations, which needs to be disposed of on-site.
"If you hear the sound of explosions, please do not panic and remain calm," the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.
