Russian Embassy in Armenia Resumes Document Acceptance and Visa Issuance

Starting from February 10, the consular department of the Russian Embassy in Armenia will resume the acceptance of documents and the issuance of entry visas to the Russian Federation for the following categories of foreign citizens:

1. Stateless persons residing in Armenia who have a confirmed invitation in the established format for entry into the Russian Federation or a document issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation that confirms their status as a Russian speaker.

2. Foreign citizens who have a residence permit in the Republic of Armenia.
