Pilgrimage to Dadivank to Be Organized Under New Procedure at Request of Azerbaijanis
The Azerbaijani side had prohibited a group of pilgrims heading to Dadivank from entering the monastery complex, citing that henceforth, nominative lists of pilgrims must be submitted. This was reported in a conversation with Armenpress by Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan, the leader of the Armenian Apostolic Church's Diocese of Artsakh.
“Previously, the Azerbaijani side only required the number of pilgrims to Dadivank, which could not exceed 30 people. Now they are demanding that nominative lists be submitted in advance. Therefore, on Sunday, we will provide the list of pilgrims to the peacekeepers so that we will not face difficulties in entering Dadivank,” the leader of the Armenian Apostolic Church's Diocese of Artsakh detailed.
