Need to Understand How Many Years and What Funding Was Used to Create 'Bayraktars': Hakob Arshakyan

During a press conference, Minister of High-Tech Industry Hakob Arshakyan stated that there have been issues related to the rear during the war.

"Yes, these issues have been raised, and the relevant authorities are conducting studies to determine if there were any guilty parties, and those responsible will be identified," said the minister.

According to Arshakyan, Armenia faces challenges in developing its production capabilities.

"Let’s be clear, we have a serious issue with producing output; we must accept these matters for what they are," he said.

Hakob Arshakyan emphasized the need to understand how many years and what funding was involved in creating the 'Bayraktars'.

"If we do not ask ourselves that question, we are waiting for a miracle. We must realize that hundreds of millions of dollars have been spent, and this has occurred over the years," said Arshakyan.
