From 11:00 to 17:00:

• Private houses on 1st Street of Verin Shengavit and adjacent non-residential consumers,
• Sebastia, Israel Orum St.,
• Malatia: entire meat market and adjacent non-residential consumers,
• 27, 27/1, 29, 29/1, 31, 33 A. Khachatryan St.,
• Private houses 66-107 Manushyan St.,
• Private houses 67-103 Aigekci St. and adjacent non-residential consumers.

In Armavir Province from 11:00 to 17:00:

• Partial in Armavir city.

In Aragatsotn Province from 11:00 to 17:00:

• Villages of Ohanavan, Saghmosavan, Artashavan, and Ush.

In Kotayk Province from 11:00 to 17:00:

• Partial in Kaputan, Kamaris, Geghashen, Nor Gyugh, and Jrvezh villages.
• Partial in Jrvezh: Bagrevand and Banavan neighborhoods.

In Gegharkunik Province from 11:30 to 13:00:

• Sevan city: 13, 15 Sayat-Nova St.,
• 3 S. Sevanetsi St., 2 Griboedov St., 1 Babajanyan St. and private houses on Komitas St.,
• National Security Service's Sevan branch, “Taron” supermarket, “Agba Credit Agricole Bank” and “VTB Armenia Bank” companies, “Galik” kindergarten, “Sevan” TV studio, and adjacent non-residential consumers.

In Ararat Province from 10:00 to 13:00:

• 10:30 to 16:00: Partial in Verin Artashat and Norashen villages.

In Vayots Dzor Province from 09:30 to 16:00:

• Partial in Aretis village, Goghtanik and Hermon villages,
• 10:00 to 13:00: Partial in Vayk city on Jermuk highway and partial in Chaykend neighborhood,
• 11:00 to 15:00: Partial in Yeghegnadzor city on Levonyan, Khanzhyan, Spandaryan streets and in Arpi village.

In Shirak Province from 10:00 to 14:00:
