Levon Ter-Petrosyan Meets with French Ambassador J. Lacotte
On February 8, the first president of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, received the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of France to Armenia, Jonathan Lacotte, at his residence. This was reported on Facebook by Arman Musinyan, the spokesperson for the Armenian National Congress.
During the meeting, which lasted more than an hour, discussions were held on the situation in Armenia and Artsakh, the prospects for Armenia's domestic political developments, as well as various economic, social, and humanitarian issues.
Also present at the meeting were Clare Le Flécher, the first advisor at the French Embassy in Armenia, and Avetis Avagyan, the director of the office of the first president of Armenia.
