During the war, regional administrations signed contracts for the purchase of medical masks. Specifically, the Armavir Regional Administration signed a contract with the individual entrepreneur "Narek Shahverdyan Vardany" on October 6, 2020, to procure medical masks, reports armdaily.am.

Additionally, on October 2, 2020, the Armavir Regional Administration entered into a contract worth 8,258,400 drams with "Bio-Khim" LLC for the procurement of antiseptics and disinfectants. The director of the company is Ashot Avetisyan, who is also one of the shareholders. "Bio-Khim" LLC was established in 1995.
