Artsakh's Security Council Holds Extended Meeting

On February 8, under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, the Security Council held a meeting in an extended format. This information was provided by the Main Department of Information of the President’s Office of Artsakh.

The agenda included issues related to post-war realities, ranging from the security of the Republic of Artsakh to the concerns of regions and their residents that are no longer under the control of Artsakh authorities. The report was presented by the Secretary of the Security Council, Vitali Balasanyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Hayk Khanumyan, and Minister of Urban Development Aram Sargsyan.

Based on the reports, the Security Council will initiate further discussions and will present suggestions to the executive and legislative authorities. President Arayik Harutyunyan announced that from now on, the Security Council will hold meetings more frequently, according to a previously announced agenda, and in case of urgent matters, as necessary.
