Czech Republic Calls on Azerbaijan to Return Armenian Prisoners

The Foreign Relations Committee of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament has adopted a resolution regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, welcoming the establishment of a ceasefire while expressing regret over Azerbaijan’s failure to comply with the ceasefire provision concerning prisoners of war. The committee called on Azerbaijan to return the remaining prisoners. This was reported by the Armenian Embassy in Prague.

“At the same time, the Committee urges for a political resolution to the conflict within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship,” the embassy's statement said.
