Ministry of Defense on the Border Situation between Armenia and Azerbaijan

On February 3 and 4, no border incidents were recorded along the entire length of the Armenia-Azerbaijan contact line of the state border. A stable operational situation has been maintained. This was reported by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.

According to information received from the National Security Service of Armenia, no border incidents were recorded in the border segment of the Goriss-Kapan interstate highway at the Vorotan-David Bek section, which is under the responsibility of the border troops of the National Security Service.

The units of the Armed Forces of Armenia and the border troops of the National Security Service continue to monitor the border situation along the entire boundary line and are fulfilling the assigned tasks.
