Under What Conditions is It Possible for Armenian Citizens to Enter Georgia? Clarification from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia has issued a clarification regarding reports circulating in the media that foreign citizens can enter Georgia provided they have a negative COVID-19 test result.

Here is the clarification from the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

“Information is circulating in the Armenian media stating that the entry of foreign citizens into Georgia is free with the presence of a negative COVID-19 test result. We inform you that, according to the new regulations established by the Government of Georgia, Armenia is not included in the list of countries whose citizens can enter Georgia with a negative COVID-19 test result.

The entry of Armenian citizens into Georgia is possible exclusively by air after completing the full course of COVID-19 vaccination (two doses).”
