A Campaign Against the LHK is Being Launched by Former and Current Officials, Says Anna Kostanyan

The current Vice Speaker of the National Assembly and a prominent member of the former government (before the regime change in 2018) are attempting to deliver a "powerful blow" to the Enlightened Armenia party through "transmissions"—the former stating, "We helped for two years, you didn’t grow," and the latter expressing, "We remember the romance and demand," of which I apologize, "we are concerned." This was noted by LHK faction member Anna Kostanyan on her Facebook page, titling her post: "I didn’t want to, but I am forced to (in the style of former and current)."

She also emphasized: "Let’s refresh your memories with a simple and undeniable fact: the former officials passed on a state that had been demolished for almost three decades to the current ones, who turned the ruins into devastation in just two and a half years. Our proposed parliamentary committee could have revealed facts that might not be convenient for either the former or the current officials."

“Is the campaign against Enlightened Armenia starting today a coincidence? I don’t think so. Do we have reason to suspect that a coordinated and transmitted disinformation campaign is being initiated again? Certainly, we can. We remember everything too, more than you can imagine; simply unlike the former and the current government, we do not only REMEMBER but we also DEMAND—for the sake of the citizen’s interest.”
