Naira Zohrabyan Invites Nikol to Debate Live on Air

Nikol, I invite you to a debate live on air. This was stated today, February 1, during a press conference by Naira Zohrabyan, a member of the National Assembly from the Prosperous Armenia party.

“I say, yes, Nikol, if you had accepted the proposal of the President of the Russian Federation on October 19 and the war had stopped, Shushi would have remained under Armenian control. I write and sign that not a single Azerbaijani would have returned to Shushi. If the president of Artsakh now declares that he is providing exceptional security guarantees, let the Azerbaijanis return to Stepanakert, not a single Azerbaijani will return. First, the entire housing stock of Shushi is occupied and it would not even be technically possible. Aliyev promises such social packages in the occupied territories that they would go resettle in Shushi, Hadrut, Kelbajar, but they are not going. In the same way, Khojaly, which was 99 percent populated by Azerbaijanis, is now under Armenian control. So why isn't a single Azerbaijani going? Likewise, no Armenian will return to Sumgayit, Baku, or Maragha,” said Naira Zohrabyan.
