Concerns Raised Over Neo-Fascist Grey Wolves' Intentions to Implement Projects in Shushi: Artsakh Foreign Ministry

The intentions of the far-right nationalist Turkish Nationalist Movement Party and its associated extremist neo-fascist organization, the Grey Wolves, to implement certain projects in the occupied territories of the Republic of Artsakh, particularly in the city of Shushi, have raised serious concerns. This was stated in a announcement by the Artsakh Foreign Ministry.

The statement also noted: “The presence of external forces that promote the ideologies of pan-Turkism and neo-fascism, and use terrorism as a primary means to achieve their objectives, poses an extremely great danger not only to the Republic of Artsakh but also to regional and global security.”

The fact that these forces have received approval from the highest leadership of Turkey and Azerbaijan for the implementation of their projects in occupied Shushi indicates Ankara and Baku's plans to create centers of tension in the region and neighboring countries, as well as to disrupt the efforts of the international community aimed at the peaceful, comprehensive, and fair resolution of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict.

The transfer of far-right neo-fascist forces into the occupied territories of the Republic of Artsakh, as well as the use of international terrorists during armed aggression against Artsakh, are links in the same chain of Turkey's expansionist policy, not only towards Artsakh and the South Caucasus but also towards regions beyond their borders.

This policy of Turkey and Azerbaijan deserves the harshest condemnation and demands that the international community, relevant organizations, and institutions take appropriate immediate measures aimed at preventing and halting such destructive initiatives.
