Turkish Side Gains Not Only Surveillance Capability but Also Radio Intelligence: Tigran Abrahamyan
WRed
Director of the "Henaket" analytical center and former advisor on security issues for the President of Artsakh, Tigran Abrahamyan, made a post on his Facebook page addressing the Russian-Turkish joint monitoring center that has been operational since yesterday in Aghdam.
We present the post below:
"Another dangerous factor of the Russian-Turkish joint monitoring center. Through flights conducted by unmanned aerial vehicles, the Turkish side is gaining not only surveillance opportunities but also radio intelligence. I believe the threats of this 'monitoring' are still not fully understood. By the way, it does not matter where the monitoring center is located—whether in the Aghdam region or in Baku—because the choice of location does not increase or decrease its dangerousness. The threats arising from the center's activities lie in its functional capabilities and far-reaching objectives."
