Domestic Roads Open in Artsakh for Vehicles with Winter Tires

The domestic roads in the territory of the Republic of Artsakh are open for vehicles equipped with winter tires. This was reported by the Artsakh Ministry of Emergency Situations.

“Dear compatriots, the Emergency Situations State Service informs that domestic roads in the territory of the Republic of Artsakh are open for vehicles with winter tires. However, the section of the interstate road connecting Artsakh to Armenia near the village of Lisagor is occasionally difficult to navigate,” the report states.

“Black ice has formed in the Zanger-Saravan section of the Syunik region. Due to snowfall, the Goris-Sisian road is closed. Snow clearing and salting operations are being carried out in all directions. Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires,” it added.
