Salaries of 'Hayantar' Staff to Increase by 20,000-70,000 Dram, Minister Says

Starting from March 2021, the salaries of employees at the 'Hayantar' state non-commercial organization will increase by 20,000 to 70,000 dram. The salaries of forest guards and forest managers will rise by 20,000 dram. This information was provided by Romanos Petrosyan, the Minister of Environment of Armenia.

The decision was made possible due to the optimization of expenses and the increase in savings, the funds generated through the fight against shadow turnover and illegal logging, the increased own revenues, as well as the effective management and efforts of the new leadership of 'Hayantar' in organizing business operations and establishing control.
