Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan's congratulatory message.

“Dear compatriots, esteemed soldiers, military personnel, and generals, the Armenian army is an exceptional symbol of our statehood and the main guarantor of the independence of the state and the security of each one of us. It is one of our most valuable achievements. We will proudly overcome all difficulties and challenges in the name of strengthening our homeland and ensuring a bright future for our children. But for this, we must truly understand the value of statehood and move forward united; only in this way can we firmly maintain the strength of the army.

The rights of servicemen, their family members, and women in the armed forces are at the forefront of my daily focus, utilizing the maximum capabilities of the Human Rights Defender’s office.

Eternal glory to our heroes who sacrificed their lives for the homeland, and a speedy recovery to all the wounded. May God protect our heroic army, our people, and our state. Congratulations on the 29th anniversary of the Armenian army.”
