Never before has the country faced such a severe situation, we have not experienced losses of this magnitude for our homeland, and the country has never stood in front of such dangers. The uncertainty regarding tomorrow is alarming and disturbing; it has never been like this for our people. In this situation, it is natural that the Church must find its place in its mission and deliver its message—a message that admonishes and guides.
