Two New Appointments in Artsakh: Araik Harutyunyan Signs Decrees

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, has signed a decree appointing Police Colonel Artem Harutyunyan as the Chief of Police within the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as reported by the presidential press office.

In a separate decree, Colonel Mekhak Arzumanyan of the Emergency Situations State Service under the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been appointed as the Director of the Emergency Situations State Service.
