Aliyev Appoints Special Representative in Shushi
Aydin Zohraoglu Kerimov has been appointed as the special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Shushi region. This was reported by minval.az, with the corresponding decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev.
It is worth noting that on November 9, the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan reached an agreement regarding the deployment of Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh. A statement was signed, transferring seven regions of Artsakh to Azerbaijan, including Shushi and Hadrut, with the exception of one village, as well as villages from the Askeran and Martuni regions and the Talish and Mataghis villages from the Martakert region.
