No Reason for Armenian Officials Not to Visit Artsakh, Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov sees no reason for Armenian officials not to visit Artsakh. He made this statement today during a press conference in response to a question from an Azerbaijani journalist.

At the beginning of January, the President of Azerbaijan had issued threats against Armenia regarding Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazyan's visit to Stepanakert. Aliyev stated that this should be put to an end, or Armenia would regret it even more.

Lavrov reminded that the connection between Armenia and the Armenians of Artsakh must be maintained, and everyone agrees on this issue.
