Video: 49,638 Refugees Have Returned to Nagorno-Karabakh Since November 14

Every day, peacekeepers are escorting local residents and columns of refugees. The total length of public roads in Nagorno-Karabakh, which ensure safe movement, is increasing. Russian peacekeepers are securing the return of refugees to their homes, as reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

A total of 177 refugees have been transported from Yerevan to Stepanakert by bus. In total, 49,638 refugees have returned to Nagorno-Karabakh. Russian peacekeepers are ensuring the safe return of citizens to their permanent residences, providing humanitarian assistance, and restoring civilian infrastructure facilities.

Monitoring of the ceasefire regime and the situation is being carried out at twenty-three observation points, according to reports from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
