State Program for In Vitro Fertilization Resumes in Artsakh: Araik Harutyunyan

Under my instructions, the state program for in vitro fertilization (IVF) has resumed, which will bring numerous children into many families. This was announced by the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, on his Facebook page.

In this post-war period, the social burden on the state has greatly increased, forcing us to consider certain limitations on many socio-economic programs. However, our previously adopted policies in the fields of education and, especially, healthcare will not undergo significant changes due to their strategic importance.

In particular, under my instructions, the state program for in vitro fertilization (IVF) has resumed, which will bring numerous children into many families. This crucial phase for us has its imperative: the cry of a newborn must be heard in the homes of Armenians as a testament to the eternity of our nation and homeland...”
