Lavrov and Bayramov Discuss Issues Related to the Implementation of the Trilateral Statement

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, have discussed issues arising from the statement made by the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia.

According to RIA Novosti, this was mentioned in a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.

“On January 15, a telephone conversation took place between Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. The ministers exchanged views on the implementation of the statement signed on November 9 by the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia, and discussed matters related to the trilateral statement signed in Moscow on January 11,” the report stated.
