Azerbaijan Attempts to Create Atmosphere of Fear in Artsakh Through Provocations: Abrahamyan

Azerbaijan is trying to create an atmosphere of fear in Artsakh through various provocations. Tigran Abrahamyan, head of the analytical NGO 'Henaket', stated this on his Facebook page.

"From gunfire, incidents of wounding to acts of violence against certain prisoners, all have a common goal—to achieve the final depopulation of Artsakh through threats and terrorist blackmail. As long as the issue of Artsakh's status is not finally resolved, it is necessary to take additional measures, in conjunction with the Russian side, aimed at ensuring security in Artsakh and to establish the necessary guarantees and mechanisms for the safety of the people of Artsakh," he wrote.
