Father of Missing Soldier Who Entered Ministry of Defense with Car Released from Custody
The accused in the case of illegally entering a specially protected military area has been released from custody. Instead, a signature on not leaving has been applied as a measure of restraint. This was reported by the Investigative Committee of Armenia.
Based on hooligan motives, G.V. has been charged today, January 13, 2021, with grossly violating public order and illegally entering a specially protected military area under Article 258, Part 4 (hooliganism) and Article 327.6, Part 5 (illegal entry into a military unit or other specially protected military area) of the Criminal Code of Armenia.
As a measure of restraint, a signature not to leave has been applied, and he has been released from custody. The preliminary investigation is ongoing.
