Joe Biden Receives Second Dose of Vaccine

President-elect Joe Biden received the second dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine on January 11. As reported by CNN, the politician received the injection on camera to reassure the public that the vaccines are safe. The injection took place at a hospital in Delaware.

As the television channel notes, coronavirus is spreading extensively in the U.S. Over 374,500 Americans have died due to the virus, and the number of infections has exceeded 22 million. Biden received the first dose of the vaccine last month, also during a live broadcast.

It is noteworthy that Biden's inauguration ceremony is scheduled for January 20.
