Video: Nikol Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev Welcomed in Moscow with the Same Protocol

Some media outlets, commenting on the upcoming trilateral meeting in Moscow, have been manipulating and spreading false information regarding the welcoming protocol for Nikol Pashinyan. They claim that he was greeted in an unceremonious manner and that a Russian official allegedly refused to shake the Prime Minister's hand.

The "Center for Information Verification" reports, after examining the arrival footage of the leaders of both countries, that both the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders were welcomed by Russian Foreign Minister’s Deputy Andrey Rudenko, and there was no handshake in either case.
