Pashinyan, Putin, and Aliyev Sign Joint Statement; Text Not Yet Released
The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, and President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, have signed a joint statement regarding new steps for the development of infrastructure projects in Nagorno-Karabakh. The text of the statement has not yet been made public. This was reported by Vladimir Putin following a tripartite meeting.
Commenting on the signing of the joint statement, Pashinyan said, “Today’s statement is indeed very important. The implementation of the agreements in this statement can change the economic landscape and appearance of our region, and new economic innovations can lead to more reliable guarantees of security. We are ready to work constructively in this direction.”
