President Calls for Adherence to November 9 Agreements

The President of the Republic emphasizes the importance of the ceasefire established by the tripartite statement of November 9, 2020, along with the need for measures aimed at its maintenance. This includes the urgent return of prisoners of war, hostages, and other detained individuals, the process of delimitation and demarcation, and the unblocking of communication routes.

The President urges competent authorities to ensure that both the implementation of actions outlined in the aforementioned document, as well as any verbal agreements reached, are guided solely by national interests. Additionally, he stresses the need for accountability to the public and unwavering adherence to the requirements of the Constitution and legislation of Armenia, as well as the norms and principles of international law.
