These reports have already been officially denied by the governor, but it is at least puzzling why they are not being denied at the highest government level as well, because I understand that in such cases, it should not only be the governor who provides the denial, said His Grace Bishop Bagrat Galstanyan, the head of the Armenian Apostolic Church's Tavush Diocese, in an interview with Faktinfo.
