Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Reports 62 Captured Individuals from Hadrut Region

Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has reported on 62 captured individuals from the Hadrut region of Artsakh. He communicated this in a letter addressed to UN Secretary-General António Guterres, referring to the Armenian soldiers as 'saboteurs.'

'As a result of actions carried out by the Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies, 62 members of the sabotage group, who are citizens of Armenia, have been identified,' the letter states.
