A video has circulated online showing Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev driving along the road to the village of Haikazyan in Artsakh. During the drive, he spots an Armenian sign and comments, “There is something written in Armenian there.” He then stops the vehicle and instructs that the sign be taken down.
While the video doesn't show the actual removal, accompanying images reveal that not only has the sign been dismantled, but Aliyev is also seen standing by the sign.
