VIDEO: Two More Citizens Missing for 61 Days Have Been Found, Emergency Situations Ministry
As a result of search and rescue operations, two citizens, father and son Mikayel and Gegham Petrosyan, have been located. They were escorted to Stepanakert by Russian peacekeepers and representatives from the International Committee of the Red Cross, as reported by the Artsakh Emergency Situations Ministry.
The head of the Emergency Situations Ministry, Major General Karen Sargsyan, and Artsakh Defense Army Major General Ashot Balasanyan welcomed them and accompanied them to the Republic's medical center, where the Petrosyans will receive the necessary medical assistance.
Karen Sargsyan expressed gratitude to the Russian military contingent carrying out peacekeeping operations in Artsakh, led by Commander Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov, as well as to Major General Ashot Balasanyan and the accompanying search team members.
The search efforts are ongoing daily, and all possible measures and resources are being utilized to locate missing servicemen and citizens.
