240 New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed in Armenia

As of December 21 at 11:00 AM, Armenia has reported 240 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 154,065. This information was provided by the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Armenian Ministry of Health.

The total number of tests conducted stands at 567,755, with 1,009 new tests reported in the last 24 hours. Currently, 17,579 patients are undergoing treatment, a decrease of 432 from the previous day.

As of the latest data, 133,176 individuals have recovered, with 644 recoveries reported in the last day. Additionally, 26 citizens have died from COVID-19 within the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 2,656. On the previous day, there were 2 recorded deaths where the patient was confirmed to have the coronavirus, but the actual cause of death was an underlying health condition. The total number of such cases is 654.
