The Road Police urges drivers to operate their vehicles only in cases of strict necessity and exclusively with winter tires.

"Heavy precipitation is expected across the entire country in the form of snow and rain. Considering the unfavorable weather conditions, we advise driving only when absolutely necessary and exclusively with winter tires while strictly adhering to road traffic safety rules," the statement reads.
