Artsakh State Minister Grigori Martirosyan Meets with Deputy Director of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund Ararat Khllghatyann

On December 19, Artsakh State Minister Grigori Martirosyan met with Ararat Khllghatyann, the Deputy Director of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund. The meeting, which also included Artsakh's Minister of Urban Development Aram Sargsyan, discussed the progress of works carried out by the pan-Armenian organization in Artsakh and details of new projects being implemented.

Grigori Martirosyan emphasized the level of cooperation with the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, particularly highlighting the numerous initiatives directed at Artsakh during the recent war and ceasefire conditions. The State Minister underscored the importance of the active participation in damage assessment and recovery efforts conducted with the Ministry of Urban Development, the support in terms of material resources, and the willingness to implement new projects.

Ararat Khllghatyann, for his part, stressed the importance of the Artsakh government’s involvement in the fund’s programs and presented the planned housing construction projects in Stepanakert, Askeran, Martuni, and several urban and rural settlements. Specifically, in Askeran, 9 residential buildings with 246 apartments will be constructed, and in Martuni, 4 residential buildings with 132 apartments. The volume of housing construction planned in Stepanakert and other settlements will be presented in the coming days.

According to Artsakh’s Minister of Urban Development Aram Sargsyan, relevant legal work has been carried out with construction companies and those engaged in the production of construction materials, windows, and doors, and they are ready to start construction work.

State Minister Grigori Martirosyan highlighted the importance of every Armenian’s contribution to the restoration of Artsakh, once again emphasizing the mission of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund in alleviating the severe consequences of the war and in rebuilding faith for the future.
