A Wreath Placed in Memory of Serge Sargsyan at Yerablur

In the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh, a three-day mourning period has been declared starting today. Early this morning, a wreath was placed at the memorial wall honoring those who sacrificed their lives for the independence of the homeland in the name of Armenia's third president, Serge Sargsyan.
