Families of Missing Soldiers Gather in Front of Russian Embassy
WRed
Families of missing soldiers have gathered in front of the Russian Embassy in Armenia since morning. They are preparing to deliver a letter to the embassy addressed to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"The last call I received was on October 14. My son is an officer, he didn’t talk much on the phone and didn’t even tell me his location. I have reached out to all addresses. At one point, they said they found a pile of ashes and took a DNA sample, soon after they informed me that my son is on the list of captives. I don’t know what to believe anymore; we have been waiting for our son for 65 days," says parent Karine Ghazaryan.
