Is Someone from Armenia or Artsakh Negotiating with the Russian Side? Tigran Abrahamyan Questions Arayik Harutyunyan and Nikol Pashinyan

Tigran Abrahamyan, an advisor to the former President of the Republic of Artsakh and the head of the Henaket Analytical Center, writes on Facebook:

"I will repeat my question: Is someone from Armenia or Artsakh negotiating with the Russian side? By official circles, I mean. Arayik Harutyunyan, do you or Nikol Pashinyan have anything to say? What has happened in Khzraberd and the villages of Hin Tagher, and the surrounding heights? What is the situation at this moment, what is the reason for all this, and did the Azerbaijanis advance as a result of some agreement? Are there casualties and injuries? Ultimately, what have you agreed upon with the Russian side? What have they discussed with the Azerbaijanis? Why are you silent, or would you rather let people go and seek clarifications from the Russian peacekeepers themselves? What purpose are you serving, or why do you even exist? Or is there some hidden agenda for new force majeure situations or other tragic outcomes?"
