Abrahamyan: Pashinyan's Resignation is Not Just the People’s Demand, It Also Aligns with His Interests

The President of the Union of Armenians in Russia and the World Armenian Congress, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador Ara Abrahamyan, met with Armenian youth in Russia, during which he commented on the current situation in Armenia and the developments surrounding the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. This was reported by the Union of Armenians in Russia's Facebook page.

Speaking about the statement signed on November 9 regarding Nagorno-Karabakh, Abrahamyan stated, “Pashinyan, by signing the statement, did not at all think about the people. How could he give them 5 days to leave their homes, without knowing where or how they would move their belongings that they have built up over years?”

Regarding the demands from the Armenian society for Nikol Pashinyan's resignation, Abrahamyan noted, “Pashinyan's departure is not just the demand of the people: his immediate resignation also aligns with his own interests. The sooner it happens, the better it will be for everyone, especially for Pashinyan himself.”
