Yes, I spoke with Araik Harutyunyan on November 6 or 7: Details of the Scandalous Recording
The former member of the Artsakh National Assembly, Ruslan Israelyan, has confirmed in an interview with Factinfo that he spoke with the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan.
Yesterday, a new scandalous recording surfaced on social media featuring a conversation between Harutyunyan and Israelyan. During the conversation, Harutyunyan states that he has been requesting assistance from Armenia for 10 days but has not received any.
"Yes, I spoke with Araik Harutyunyan, but I don’t know who recorded it or released it. What you have heard in the recording is all there is to it, I have no further comments," Israelyan stated.
He also mentioned that the phone conversation took place on November 6 or 7. When asked if he sees any intentions behind the release of the recording, Israelyan replied, "It’s possible."
It is noteworthy that on December 7, reports circulated on the internet that the President of Azerbaijan had previously offered former Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan a large sum of money for Artsakh, but Sargsyan rejected the offer. Later, the Telegram channel "Baghramyan 26" published a recording that corroborates this information, in which Sargsyan is seen discussing potential solutions to the Artsakh issue with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
