Armenian Side Repeatedly Contacted Russian Peacekeepers Regarding Hin Tagher-Khutsaberd

The spokesperson for the Prime Minister of Armenia, Mane Gevorgyan, stated on her Facebook page: "The Armenian side has repeatedly reached out to Russian peacekeepers both in writing and verbally, asking them to fulfill their duties in the Hin Tagher-Khutsaberd area, and an agreement has been reached at the highest level regarding this matter."

It is important to note that on December 12, the Azerbaijani side resumed offensive operations towards the settlements of Hin Tagher and Khutsaberd in the Republic of Artsakh.
