The Pentagon acknowledges that the U.S. Congress has imposed a ban on the sale of American weapons to Turkey. This was reported by Infoteka24.

During a briefing on military supplies for the fiscal year 2020, a Pentagon official admitted that U.S. lawmakers have effectively prohibited the sale of American weapons to Ankara.
