Former Iranian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Advises Baku to Beware of Ankara
The former Iranian ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mohsen Pakayin, has advised Baku to be cautious of Ankara following criticism from Tehran regarding comments made by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
