Today Marks the Referendum on the Independence of Artsakh and the Constitution, President of Artsakh
President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan writes on his Facebook page: “Dear compatriots, today marks the day of the referendum on the state independence of Artsakh and the Constitution. In both 1991 and 2006, our people once again reaffirmed their will and determination to live and create on their own land, to strengthen and enrich their homeland.
Our goals and aspirations today are the same, and our decision remains unchanged. On the complex and challenging path of state-building, we have overcome numerous trials and difficulties, enduring irretrievable losses, but we have always remained steadfast and unbreakable, strong and determined.
We have faced severe challenges, especially in recent months, confronting irreversible and painful losses, yet our path is steadfast, and our will is stronger than ever. And today, while carrying the immense pain and sorrow within us, healing our bleeding wounds day by day, we will move forward, build our dream homeland, and shape the future of our generations.
Strength, blessings, and peace to each of your families.”
