The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed and difficult-to-navigate roads in the territory of Armenia.

The roads leading to Amberd Fortress and Kari Lake in the Aragatsotn region are closed. The Vardenyats pass is closed for vehicles with trailers, and there are icy conditions on the roads in the Lori, Syunik, Tavush regions, as well as in the areas of Novembryan-Goskepar, and the Dilijan winding roads. There are patches of black ice on the roads in Talin city of Aragatsotn, and in the regions of Amasia, Ani, and Ashotik in Shirak province, as well as on the Artik-Mantas-Marlik-Gyumri highway. In the city of Hrazdan in Kotayk province, there has been snowfall, and there is fog in the Aparan region of Aragatsotn.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.

According to information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia's North Ossetia, the Stepanavank-Larsi road is open for all types of vehicles. According to information from the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the decision to prohibit foreigners from entering Georgia remains in force. This ban does not apply to cargo transportation.
